Cachaça à la Cordon Bleu

Article published in IstoÉ Dinheiro Magazine on October 22, 2021 – Text: Celso Masson

The distillery in Torrinha (SP) is named after the grandfather, Octaviano Della Colletta. The cachaça, in turn, is named after the grandmother, Alzira. This double tribute materializes the dream that the grandson, Gustavo, nourished with his wife, Célia: to create a drink with a Brazilian soul capable of crowning the couple’s passion for gastronomy.

Both studied at Le Cordon Bleu, in Paris, and are members of the Académie Culinaire de France. Together, they make a premium drink that is aged in Amburana and Jequitibá barrels before the blend is rounded off in Pink Jequitibá casks.

The care in production goes from the planting to the label, in three variations. At oalambiqueiro.com, for R$96 (750 ml).
