OUR CACHAÇA
ALZIRA is a smooth and very pleasant cachaça, with complex and balanced aromas. Produced in Torrinha, in the inland of São Paulo, it was designed for a lighter and more casual tasting, and is perfect to drink neat, on the rocks, or in various drinks. All these characteristics result from a superior quality in its production process, and in the storage of the Cachaça in Amburana and Jequitibá woods.
OUR INSPIRATION
ALZIRA Cachaça was born as a celebration to the memory of the family matriarch, Dona Alzira, a strong, cheerful woman ahead of her time. Charismatic and free-spirited, she is capable of reconciling the caipira soul, cosmopolitan dreams, and lightness of someone who knows how to have fun. A character of herself and the protagonist of her story, she lived in Torrinha, in the inland of São Paulo, with Octaviano, her lifelong love, surrounded by family and friends. Because of her intimate immensity, Alzira is the size of her dreams, and she dreamed big.
OUR DISTILLERY
The Octaviano Della Colletta Distillery was created to honor a passionate man. And there could be no better way to tell this story than through the flavors of his favorite drink. The preparation method has been improved, modern equipment has been imported, but the care with every detail of the process, which Mr. Octaviano valued, remains the same.
